Team Manager: Tommy Charles (tbwhhs)
Team Summary: Southern Star Motorsports began its life as Shooting Star Motorsports in the 1970s competing in vatious sportscar competitions around North America. The team would have moderate success, mostly in the touring car ranks where they would capture the championship 5 times. But after one of their drivers were killed in a crash in 2013 the team would close it doors and never race again. The teams assets would be auctioned off 2 years later.
The teams Tennessee shops would be purchased by Tommy Charles, the former Technical Director of TRB Motorsports. He chose the name Southern Star Motorsports, because he wanted to carry on some of the teams heritage, while also showing that it was a new era for the team. The team doesn't expect good results right out of the gate, they are just going to go by the mantra "Just have fun out there".

Summary: Autumn has been involved in racing her entire life, being the daughter of a former driver. She showed great potential in following in her fathers footsteps at a young age when after capturing multiple karting championships. Growing up in the midwest her dream was always to compete at the Indy 500. As a teenager multiple teams expressed interest in her for development contracts, but her father, fearing it was too dangerous refused to let her accept any open wheel offers.
She then decided to attend college, while also competing sporadically in touring car events. After she earned her engineering degree she worked for multple teams working her way toward what she hoped would become a race engineer job. Last year she got her chance as an assistant engineer with TRB Motorsports' LMP program. The fiery redhead still desired to get back behind the wheel competitively. Tommy Charles knew this as well, working with her last year and also having competed against her in karting events when they were younger. When he started Southern Star and was looking for a smart driver for his team she was on his short list.
Roleplaying Notes:
- She loves to have fun, and to play jokes on everyone.
- She likes 1980s music and she is always dancing.

Summary: Even though Nicolas Wolfe is a relative newcomer to the world of auto racing, he is a quick learner and shows great potential. When Nicolas was growing up in Hannover he aspired to play soccer, but when he was 16 he severly injured his knee while playing for the German U-17 national team. It took him almost 2 full years to completely recover from the injury. After recovering from the injury he decided to end his soccer career and instead he concentrated on motorsport.
He started out in lower level formula cars and was immediately very competitive, finishing 3rd in the championship in his rookie season. The next year he moved on to touring cars and had his sights on driving in the DTM series one day. In his first year in touring cars he won twice and was the runner-up in the championship. The next year was more of a struggle as he was a victim of bad luck as he only had 3 podiums and 5 DNFs. But it was at one of the events last year when he caught the eye of the Southern Star boss at an event in Spa.
Roleplaying Notes:
- A quick learner, he doesn't need many laps to get up to speed.
- He has a great drive to be the best.
- He maybe young but he has the poise of an experienced driver.
Hulga Chevesky

Summary:
Ok, where do we start?
Hulga was a the youngest in a large family of 6 children living in Bratislava. Because of the limited attention her parents could pay their large amount of children, Hulga developed a mischievous personality at a very young age. Throughout her childhood she would pretty much do the complete opposite of what people told her, just to spite them. Because of this she basically was one of the misfits at school, the local troublemaker type. Her friends and her's favorite pass time was breaking into the local go-kart track for some free races, and Hulga won every time.
One of her more wealthy friends decided that it would be funny to see Hulga race in an actual league, and snuck some of his parents money into a Dacia Logan Cup team for her to drive in. What they quickly realized was that Hulga was fast. She decimated to competition on a normal basis. The problem was, she wasn't consistent when she drove, and other times she would struggle to get the car to the end in one piece. Luckily for helga a team owner decided to give her a seat in a local touring car series. She only managed to hold that seat for half a season. But as a free-spirit she always wait for the next opportunity to come, just don't catch her during a hangover.
Roleplaying Notes:
- Not a very serious person, races more for the fun of it.
- May or may not have different hair color every few weeks.
- Doesn't really like preparing for races, she just goes out and sees what happens.
- When not racing she's usually at some sort of party, getting drunk.
- Uses most of her paychecks to pay for speeding tickets.

Johnny Sullivan was destined to be a race car driver since he was a little boy. His parents started taking him to go kart tracks when he was 5, and two things were obvious from the beginning. 1. That he was very talented, and 2. he was a very aggressive driver, that needed to be calmed if he was going to make anything of his talent. He ended up being pulled off the track for bumping some of the other kids out of the way who were just leisurely driving around. As he got older his parented entered him into competitive races, in which he would easily win most of them, especially when he would qualify at the front of the field. But he would struggle when qualified in the middle of the pack and had to deal with traffic.
His nickname "Showtime" has nothing to do with his driving ability, but it came from his time on his high schools basketball team, where he was the point guard and best player. During his 4 years he led his school to the state championship each year, even earning the MVP award 3 times. He even received multiple scholarship offers to play in college, but he knew that racing was his destiny.
Roleplaying Notes:
- Extremely talented, but can be very aggressive on the track.
- Always focused on winning, by any means necessary.
- Other than racing and basketball, doesn't have many other interests.
