Returning Player "Promotion Bonus"
For players who participated in the old Global Racing League era of the canon, we're offering an optional 'promotion bonus' to allow them to start teams in the higher tier categories. By default, all new teams start off with a budget of 15,000,000 CR. This however is only really sufficient for the Continental Super GP, GT Endurance AM and Tourer-2 categories.
Teams run by returning players will receive an additional 25,000,000 CR (for a total of 40,000,000 CR) if they choose to enter in GT Endurance PRO, Super Prototype, or Lightning Car leagues. If they wish to enter a second league containing one of those four categories, that Team shall receive an additional 12,500,000 CR (for a total of 52,500,000 CR) to support their efforts. If they choose to instead enter in GT Endurance AM, Continental Super GP, or Tourer-2, the Team receives 6,250,000 CR (for a total of 46,250,000 CR).
I'd like to make a small amendment to the statement regarding the 12.5 mil CR upper tier bonus: a Team needs to have at least three full-time entries spread across at least two of the upper tier Leagues*.
* J-Speed GT Masters PRO Class, IMAS SUPER Series PRO Class, Lightning Car World Tour
As a reminder, different Classes in the same Endurance League DON'T count as two separate Leagues for this bonus!
Some examples:
Replicant Automata Racing has 1 IMAS SUPER Series PRO class entry and 2 Lightning Car entries. They are eligible for the 12.5 million CR bonus.
Green Flag Racing has 1 J-Speed GT Masters PRO class entry and 2 IMAS SUPER Series PRO class entries. They are eligible for the 12.5 million CR bonus.
Kazuma Dealers Team has 1 IMAS PRO class entry, 1 J-Speed GT PRO class entry, and 1 Lightning Car entry. They are eligible for the 12.5 million CR bonus.
Utahime Record Breakers has 2 J-Speed GT PRO class entries, and 1 Aeternam Euro Series Open Class entry1. They are eligible for the 6.25 million CR bonus.
1 (they could also run IMAS SUPER Series AM class, Continental Super GP, or Tourer-2 Pacific Series in place of Aeternam Euro and be eligible too)
Firestar Motorsports has three Lightning Car entries. They are NOT eligible for either of the two second League entry bonuses.
Almighty Human Project has 2 J-Speed GT PRO class entries and 1 J-Speed GT AM class entry. They are NOT eligible for either of the two second League entry bonuses.
