Profile:
Tavish Donald McClaine is, at first glance, your stereotypical Celtic man. His accent, appearance, and tendencies are very much the same as any other man from Ireland is stereotyped to be; though this isn’t quite the case. His cursing could still use some work, but his drinking habits are more stable than those of other men he’s typically around (i.e. he holds it well and know when it’s not a good time to indulge). He’s lived just northwest of Dublin for his entire life, about an hour away from O’Connell-Kavanaugh Speedway and Dublin Fields Raceway, and he’s known for his entire life that he’s destined to be a racer. He’s even rumored to have raced his daily driver Vauxhall Astra four times in two days in three "disciplines." (The statute of limitations have passed on two of the three, and the third garnered respect from club drivers getting beat by a “teen in a muddy, overheating compact that looked like it longed for the crusher.”)
He knows he hasn’t reached his peak yet, but he knows he’ll get there one day - and his push into professional racing will give him the chance to do so.
RP Notes:
- Willing to race at almost any time.
- While he's quick to anger, he rarely loses control and has a surprising amount of tact, almost as though he can process what the result will be and acts accordingly.
