Founded: 2016
Base: Zandvoort, Netherlands.
Team Manager: Jelle Smoak ( Kainé-sama )
Team Championships: 2
Team Summary: Founded in 2016 by the car collector and PARSEC Studios Model Agency founder (now ex-owner), Jelle Smoak. PARSEC World Racing Team (Formerly PARSEC Autosport) started just as a PARSEC Studios' side project, putting two of its models to try their best in the ultra-competitive world of motorsports.
Surprisingly, the team's first racing season brought some really strong results, including a race win and a respectable third place in the championship standings on the Aeternam European Sportscar Series, though all those achievements came from sprint races, because on the endurance side of things, the team's performances were forgettable. In contrast to the first, The team's second season was marked by the domination of the IMAS United Endurance Championship GTE PRO class, winning 4 out of the 5 races, including the Brightest Nite 6h Endurance, and on the other side of the globe the team was the runner-up at the prestigious Tsukihime Dusk2Dawn Endurance event. The team also won the Pure GT Championship, and gave its first try at Grand Prix racing in the Continental Super GP championship, which arguably was the team's weakest effort, but still managing to secure a sole race win.
After the huge success of the last season, the team got renamed to PARSEC World Racing Team, meant to reflect its intent of scaling up all programs to the topmost tiers of racing.

Driver Bio:
Summary: Callista is the only daughter of Jack Silverstone, a Sports Bike racer and national champion. Her father would often take her to watch him racing, she loved the atmosphere of the events and the competition but wasn't very keen on the bikes, instead she would find love on her uncle's V12 Jaguar, the roar it made immediately turned Callista into a petrolhead. Enlisting in the school's theatre programme, her performances granted her a prolific acting career. Her looks wouldn't go on unnoticed either and her work as a model is very famous as well. With a little push from her modelling agency, she's now living her petrolhead dreams in the world of motorsports, and she's been extremely focused on doing the best she can behind the wheel.
Roleplaying Notes:
• She feels frustrated often for no reason whatsoever.
• A 1987 Jaguar XJS is her biggest treasure, inherited from her old uncle.
• She loves cats, currently keeps 3 at her residence.
• Often complains about lack of space for her long legs.

On the other hand, Lea walked away only with minor injuries, and now, a year past the accident, she will get back into a car, but not rallying anymore, this time she will go to the race tracks, as she sees it to be a way to start anew.
Roleplaying Notes:
• Her heart still lies in rallying, but she also enjoys circuit racing.
• Displays an almost non-human focus level. One does not simply distracts her!
• Blames herself about her friend's death, though she won't ever admit it.
• She starts blushing of shyness when close to pretty girls, reasons were never discovered.

Summary:
"Um, boss? Is it mealtime already? No, I mean, meeting time!?"
Daughter of an admiral and raised in a port city alongside her 5 sisters, Hiei studied at the Naval Academy during her teenager years, she was super attentive to everything regarding the construction of ships and aircraft, learning how to build mechanical and structural parts. One day, she decided to gather some stuff from the local scrapyard, managing to salvage a small engine, some steel tubes and the axles complete with wheels from a golf cart. She started to build something which ended up being a kart and decided to use it to go to school, each day that passed she would arrive earlier than expected. Her dad noticed her creation and then contacted his old friend, which is the manager of a racing team that was quite successful especially during the 90's, finding an engineer trainee job for her.
When she arrived for the job, the team wasn't on their best form, finances were going bad, which led their drivers to quit, Hiei offered herself as replacement, no one took her seriously at the time but the team manager was desperate with the situation and gave Hiei the test, in which she surprised everyone with her precise driving, perfect for endurance races.
With Aya and Hiei being chosen, the team had its new pair for endurance racing, and as expected, their first racing season was one of learning. To the team's surprise, Hiei and Aya showed an unrelenting desire to improve, they pretty much made the team's HQ their home, spending the entire day there analyzing data and studying, putting tons of effort in and out of the track. In their second season they would find themselves fighting for podium finishes, and with a strategy that no one thought would work in one of the races, they got their first race win. By the latter half of the championship they managed to get 3 wins in a row, and with that they proved to everyone that they could race at the top level someday. Unfortunately, shortly after that achievement, the team manager passed away and the team was left full of debts, filing for bankruptcy and leading them to disband.
Roleplaying Notes:
• She's very kind and relaxed, but in rough situations she gets very serious.
• Very motherly towards newcomers and younger people in general.
• She eats alot, food simply does not last for long when she's around, and she's often on the verge of being overweight
• Screams her own name out loud whenever she's in pain or gets upset (no one knows why).
• Loves hugs.

Lumi "Yuni" Ahvenisto
Nationality: Finnish
DOB: June 18th, 1995 (21 years old)
Stats:
Experience Level: 50 - SILVER
Specialties: Endurance,
Skill: 24 / 30
Consistency: 12 / 20

Tenacity: 11 / 20
Driver Bio:
Summary:
"I f*** hate snow."
A former ice racing driver, Lumi Ahvenisto was a close associate of the Scuderia Pergusa team. She left the team in 2015 on friendly terms after finding that she didn't feel comfortable in Endurance racing, despite consistently strong finishes in the Einzbern Holy Grail World Series. Both her nickname 'Yuni' (meaning 'June' in Hebrew) and her birth name 'Lumi' (meaning 'snow' in Finnish) are somewhat ironic, and much of her career has been the same way.
In 2011, she became one of the youngest ever drivers to make it to the Andross Ice Racing Trophy league's top category, where she slugged it out for top honors in a Renault Megane Ice Racer. Up until now, she was an off-road racing prodigy - Lumi was almost on top of the world... and then it all came undone when she missed a braking point at over 70 mph for a tight hairpin corner, sending her car sailing over the snow banking and sinking her car in about two or three feet of snow. She was furious about the whole thing afterwards, since that move cost her the championship, and thus Lumi came to swear off off-road racing for the remainder of her career.
Since moving to the World GP driver development program of Marchetti Motormania, Lumi initially felt more at home with a big professional outfit where she'd be relatively anonymous. However, even after a strong debut season in both the Atlantic Super Grand Prix and Einzbern Holy Grail World Series in the Spring 2016 season, Lumi's skills went practically unnoticed, and she did not leave the Marchetti squadron as amicably as she did with Scuderia Pergusa. Now, she looks for a seat with another GRL team in hopes that her talents will be appreciated... and that the sponsor girls have cuter uniforms.
Roleplaying Notes:
• Hates snow, gets pissed off if you call her by her birth name.
• Has a tendency to 'stare at the bumpers' of other girls - whether this is her perverted form of a joke or if it's actual attraction, remains a question and long-running joke of her fan base.
• Ironically, likes her drinks with lots and lots of ice.
• Tries to fit the stereotype of Finnish racing drivers being very deadpan and terse, but has a hard time maintaining a straight face while doing it.
• Would prefer not to, but she's good at endurance racing.
• A certain Chinese-American racer would be very disappointed if he ever met her...

Katherine Daytona
Nationality: American
DOB: January 21, 1996 (20 years old)
Stats:
Experience Level: 45 - SILVER
Specialties: Endurance,
Skill: 20/30
Consistency: 9/20
Preservation: 5/20
Tenacity: 15/20
Driver Bio:
Summary: Katherine is not your average girl in terms of personality... or both of her personalities that is. As her previous karting teammate describe it, she can be very calm and composed, but she can also get wild and feisty; which is especially shown when out on track. Whenever she is met with the challenge of tearing up the tarmac, she gets fired up and enthusiastic to the point where she could just run on-foot laps the Nordschleife.
Katherine started where usually every racing driver starts. Karting. She began racing when she was 6. However, despite all the training she had gotten, she was a bad driver. She was not able to even win a championship in her whole time of karting; however, in her final season, she made a huge comeback getting 2nd in the championship. Katherine then moved up to an amateur stock car league. She went on to win back-to-back championships in the short time she was there. The next league was a junior GT league where she would win 2 more championships of her 4 seasons there.
Now she's in GRL looking to make a big impression on her racing career. She hopes that one day she can not only do well in Sports Car, but also to where she earned her first championship: stock car oval racing.
Roleplaying Notes:
• Has double personalities. One being calm and composed and the other being banterous and energetic (she especially gets this way out on the track).
• Always tends to have her long, thick hair in a combination of pony tails, pig tails, braids, etc.
• Getting drunk has the opposite effect on her. Instead of getting wild and crazy, she tends to question life, the universe, and everything.
• HATES people who are arrogant and show-offs.
