The minimum is that you upload the DDS or PNG file for your car's body and windows.
If you don't feel that you can do the updates yourself in a timely fashion, a PSD, XCF, or PDN file (depending on the program you use) is recommended to be uploaded as well. You should probably use an external file host since these files tend to be too large for the rather strict file size limit of the forums. (Sorry!)
