This will be in the league-specific regulations in every league, but as we have not created a full schedule for a League yet, this is an ahead notice to ensure all teams current and/or newly joining will be able to participate in the Leagues. Exhibition Events are not bound by this rule. Thank you! ~ GRL Staff

All teams will have until March 2nd, 23:59 GMT -5 to change their driver stats. Once the time has passed, all driver stat upgrades will be subject to the rules outlined in Section 8 of the Rule Book and the Driver Profile Templates and guides.
