After a bit of discussion in private with several of the administration and our contributors, we have come to the decision that anyone who is fielding a team only for the Lightning Car World Tour can start with a budget of 40 million CR. Note that if you elect to create a team only for Lightning Car, you won't be able to run that team in any other RHU broadcast canon series until next Season. We'd like to encourage people to enter this series and feel this will allow them to run a reasonably competitive team.
