It looks like you have forgotten to fill in Ishimori's driver stats. You've got 30 of the 60 stat points left to spend. To give you a fighting chance this weekend I'll have their stats set to 10 across the board which will 60 points overall, but if you don't like this stat build, fill that driver's development sheet out and let me know ASAP.

Your Car Development sheets also suggest that you want to develop the ECU Stage 1 upgrade, but you've got the wrong facilities built to do this. With your current Facilities setup, you only have access to the Engine tech tree. In addition, you can only build 1 Engine upgrade at a time with its current Level. This means that you can choose to upgrade the Supra OR the Huracan, but NOT both at the same time.
