RAYF3 International
Team Manager: Dr. Francis Slater (KazaMR2)
Team Summary: RAYF3 International [RAYF3 pronounced Wrath-e, and also shortened to just "R3"] are a racing team, a sub-company to RAYF3 Industries which are known for their development of Hydrogen fuel cells and automotive technological advancements. RAYF3 was founded in the year 1995 by Dr. Francis Slater, and has been producing various aftermarket parts and kits for cars to improve performance and fuel efficiency. The racing team was founded in 2010 also by Dr. Francis, as a means of income and advertisement of the company. The team have participated in the BTCC with Honda and got average positioning of 4th place over 3 seasons, and winning the final season. But as of RAYF3's lack of funding they decided to call it quits, the year after in 2014 however... RAYF3 Industries showed a breakthrough in their Hydrogen fuel cell technology, boosting mileage ranges over 159.33%. This provided a ton of funding from lots of markets, and RAYF3 decided to make a comeback to racing in 2016.
The team was made up of two racers; Esther "Death wish" Kukri, and Jason Oakley. Both drivers presented an aggressive display, yet showed to be quite skilled throughout the seasons in BTCC. This publicity showed RAYF3 International as a team that doesn't care about a dent or crash, as Esther got her nickname "Death Wish" from the amazing attempts at overtakes within a margin of a wall and rival for example. The RAYF3 colour scheme is generally neon pink and neon blue faded together, to show off the logo's colours, it's quite the eye-catching scheme and maybe even proves RAYF3 International as the team that are racing only to show off...
After season 1, Dr.F decided that it was time to let Jason go, after deciding that Esther did slightly better in race terms... Although that means that a new driver was in order.
Francis left a note asking Esther to go recruit a race who "might even be better than her" on the notice board too at RAYF3 International headquarters. As soon as she saw it, Esther demanded to go to Japan for a recruitment session on the infamous Bayshore route, on that journey she found a racer called Erina. Erina Wolfe has a past with racing Toyotas in pro-class tournaments, and winning the majority of her races. Esther raced her around the C1, R32 versus a De Tomaso Pantera GT5. Erina flew ahead as if she knew the road without experience of driving it... So Esther knew she'd be best in RAYF3!

Summary:
Esther is a very sarcastic, satirical, ironic and sometimes sadistic woman. She rarely takes things seriously, which shows in her overly-aggressive drivestyle on the track. From a young age, Esther has been quite a tom-boy. She rocks a short spiky dark hairstyle, and usually wears full dark grey leathers. She doesn't seem too happy most of the time, but in interviews or in public she puts on a sort of sly smile. Her other interests include; working on mechanical jobs, especially working on her own cars, Gothic culture, street racing and Japanese cars, and most of all being a racing punk... Hence her nickname "Death wish."
Backstory [Part of Summary]:
Esther isn't a newcomer to racing, she started driving when she was 14 illegally to get around, go to work, etc. The car she used was her family's Nissan Skyline GTR R32 V-Spec II '94 which was imported from Japan to the UK. Esther was amazed at the GTR, she loved everything about it, and was inspired by her dad to learn the mechanics behind it. The GTR was her father's pride and joy afterall, and so he taught her how to use it, tune it, and drive it like a pro.
Once on the road, Esther never used the speed limits back then and she still doesn't now either. Her racing career started in 2010 when one day she got pulled over for speeding, and a friendly police officer said to her "Who do you think you are, a race car driver or something?" which she then immediately replied back with "Oh my gosh! What a great idea, you stay here, I'll go sign up for a racing licence."
She sped right off down the A1, onto the M1 and straight to Silverstone - The home to Silverstone Circuit. Esther stared at amazement just from the parking lot; with variety of muscle cars, to tuners and many exotics. After she got everything sorted for a racing licence she demanded to begin straight away, and shortly after, got trained. While getting her licence, it turned out that RAYF3 International were searching for drivers for their brand new team of two that would enter the BTCC. RAYF3 were hooked on the way Esther handled a car, so aggressive yet being precise and skilled, she truly is one of a kind. After she was done getting her new licence from just scraping enough points to get in because of her aggressive drivestyle, RAYF3 International approached her and asked if she wanted to join. In which Esther replied "Wow, a team already want me. I wonder when my luck will run out today..."
Esther begun racing in the BTCC with RAYF3, and achieved a record of being the most aggressive driver in BTCC, as well as earning the nickname "Death Wish". In the BTCC, all the talk was about RAYF3 after the first race onwards. In the first race; Esther sideswiped 3rd place, rammed 2nd and spun 1st on the final lap at Thruxton Circuit. As she and her teammate Jason came up from 4th & 5th to get a One-two victory, it was clear that they were the two to look out for. After getting sued and lots of regulations to try prevent Esther from her sneaky tactics, she somehow always prevailed... Top class lawyers provided by RAYF3 and paradoxes in the rules helped a lot though...
Roleplaying Notes:
- Will always make aggressive manoeuvrers to others on track, especially her rivals.
- Isn't afraid of crashing let along totalling her car entirely. She'd likely say "Ah, the team can pay for a new one for me, hehe..."
- Around rivals or people she doesn't like, will stare like a hawk and wait for a moment to strike a bad pun, usually ending in the other leaving, or a fight.
- Always shows sell-pride if someone admires anything she does, maybe going a slight bit overboard with her ego at times.

Summary:
Erina is a very caring woman, she always likes to hang around with her friends and teammates. She is very laid back most of the time and is a highly delicate precision driver with an amazing record. From a young age, Erina has been involved in street racing, like Kanjo, Touge, but also track racing. Erina as with her wealth decides to show it off with a very classy ruby dinner dress aligned with a plain silver necklace. Erina always has a smile on her face, as she is always happy, and barely sad. In her spare time Erina will be considered rather lazy, be it playing a video game, watching TV, or just relaxing in her own hot tub!
Backstory [Part of Summary]:
Erina was Japanese born, but has British parents. She was brought up in the Naniwa ward in Osaka, Japan. A place infamous for Kanjo Hondas in street racing. From being a young teen she went to meetups with her classmates in high-school. At those meets she got to drive a majority of street racing, Honda Civics, Nissan Silvias, and one Celica Supra. Erina took an instant liking to FR after driving FF, even though the majority of the racers laughed as they say FF is best for the Kanjo loop. Erina challenged the lead Honda driver to a race, with her friend's JZA60. She proved victorious in the race by dominating the Honda racer by over 8 seconds around the full Hanshin expressway. After that day the Kanjo racers didn't want to be around Erina, so she decided to gather her friends and say to try out Touge racing with her at Ura Rokko. After a while of racing with others in her friend's JZA60, she got her own! With that Celica Supra she continued her domination and was named "Queen of Ura Rokko." Word got out to the Kanjo Racers, which tried to beat her on her own ground, yet they failed. Erina learned to flow with her car, she was somehow a natural driver. Her classmates said she should go pro, and even got her a place at a race event with top manufacturers watching...
Erina went to this event, Nissan and Toyota trucks were outside Suzuka circuit. Her friends in the crowd awaited her to enter the track, but before that a Toyota employee called her over, he recognised her from the Touge racing at Ura Rokko, so gave her some tips. With those tips he also said he might have a place in Toyota's racing series. When Erina got onto qualifying for the rookie tournament where anyone can enter, she stormed it with precision skills she got from street racing, and showed everyone how it's done. Right into the podium on the qualifying, and in race she got 1st too, from being first throughout the race. After that all her high-school friends gathered around and cheered her on, Erina was so happy with all this, and as soon as they all disbanded to night, the Toyota crew asked if she wanted to enter the Toyota stock racing series...
With a slight tear of joy, Erina accepted. Eventually she won the series too, giving her 7 million yen in prize money. Erina shared her cash with all her friends who helped her out, some refused though, but she insisted. After that Toyota called her back to give her a sponsor, and re-enter her in a pro-class race licence. Erina eagerly accepted, and begun tests straight away, passing with ease. She then got into the pro-class races, Supras, RX7s, Skyline GT-Rs and even supercars, like Lamborghinis, Mclarens, and De Tomasos... It was car heaven. Erina didn't really know her way around the mechanical side, so tended to get on more with other drivers at the pits. After wins and losses of the pro races, she made a good name for herself and earned a bunch of winnings, which she again shared, but all her relatives and friends were so proud to her, and said she should keep the money for herself this time since she deserved it. So she kept the rest, over 70 million yen. She bought a small house up in the mountains near Ura Rokko, with a hot tub and lovely scenery perfect for chilling out. She also bought her second car, a second hand De Tomaso Pantera GT5 in deep red. Once she saw them in the pro-class, she had to have one.
Erina's racing career continued to grow, and through years with Toyota in the pro-team, she became a multimillionaire, with a fantastic track record. At the present day, she was looking for something new, yet old, back to her roots racing. So she went and had a look for hot-spots for street racing in the current day, seeing the Wangan in Tokyo as a big one. So she stormed down there with her Pantera to meet new blood and see what the talk is. Quite a few people recognized her, and they all got along well, then out of nowhere a girl named Esther came up to Erina and asked for a duel... She drove an R32 GT-R V-Spec II and raced the C1 with Erina, it was no use for Esther, she couldn't keep up. So she flipped the hazards and pulled over, Erina followed. After a lively talk about the past and current day, Erina and Esther became good friends. Because of RAYF3's situation with Jason not doing so well, they were looking for new blood just like Erina. Esther asked if she was up for a new tournament, a tuner tournament... With a friendly hug, Erina joined RAYF3 with Esther! Toyota said they'd continue to sponsor her throughout her days at RAYF3, and will always be allowed to come back to them...
Roleplaying Notes:
- More of a listener than speaker, speaks when she thinks is necessary.
- In conversations with others that are shorter than her, she is quite an intimidating figure.
- Loves proving that FR is ultimate over FF drivetrain. Classes 4WDs as a double sided blade.
- Street racing instinct

Summary:
Violet is a very "mature" driver, her mind is always on the ball. Violet usually shows herself off as "high-class" as she says, by wearing all her unique dresses, that are always ahead of current fashion. She usually "ships" people together as made up couples for her own enjoyment and laughs. She got the nickname "Delinquent succubus" on the street racing scene on the highways, from her aggressive moves and usually flirting with the other driver before and after races...
Backstory [Part of Summary]:
Violet was a racer of the Shinkanjo area back in her youth, she drove [and still does] her Savanna RX-7 around the loop racing opponents. She got well known for being a dirty-minded racer, as whenever she is talking to her opponent she'll be eyeing them up and asking lewd questions. Her daytime job is being a free lance fashion model. She does anything she can get really, any form of modelling, be it for magazines, websites, or even advertisements, she's an unknown idol to most people, but those that know her love her...
After a long day at a photoshoot Violet was driving her Savanna back home when she saw an event was taking place at Fuji Circuit. A test-day! So she decided to give it a go. In the pit area she saw some familiar faces, Esther and Erina from RAYF3. So she just had to go and chat to them, and after a strange first impression, they got along well. On track they were all together the majority of the time, Violet was keeping up barely to them - which Erina caught onto. So after the testing, the RAYF3 drivers approached a leaving Violet and asked if she'd like to train to be a RAYF3 international driver. Violet was delighted, and signed up! Esther and Erina seemed pretty happy to have another girl on the team, and Francis had no objections, as he also saw how well she was on track.
Roleplaying Notes:
- Will usually observe whoever she's talking to with a keen eye
- Loves to be as "lewd" as possible, whilst trying not to make the other/s feel uncomfortable.
- Believes in luck and will often times say sentences involving it.
- Likes to hug or massage friends
