update: I'm planning a test race for this at trial mountain this weekend; see the 4th post in this thread update 2: oof, nobody? well, that's too bad; I guess I'll can this idea for now; if anyone becomes interested again, please let me know
This isn't a concrete plan by any means, but this is the only group I know that I thought might be interested, so here you go-
I've been thinking for a little while about trying to host an online league on GT7 consisting of 'lite' versions of popular endurance events of grans turismo past, mostly being in the 0.5-2.5 hour range; below is a preliminary event list I came up with (subject to change/suggestions of course)-
(hopefully my image shows up this time lol)
would anyone else be interested in trying something like this? I think it (or something like it) could be a lot of fun if there's enough interest |

Count me in! I do think some of the perf restricted events should have some additional themes to match what the AI fielded in those races, though

That's probably true, although I worry that imposing too many limits could feel unnecessarily restrictive; perhaps we could have soft themes (maybe a couple extra points for selecting one of the 'correct' cars, or only allow people to go against the grain a limited number of times over the course of the championship or something)?
