Kawasaki Factory Idea Racing Looking to Bounce Back in 2022
Izumi Fujimura comes out of 2021 ruing her missed chances throughout the past season, only losing the title by a mere 3 points to Oreimo Team Yamaha rider Lisa Mistral.
"I think I'm going to cut out a lot of gaming time next season," stated Fujimura in a video call this January, "there was this super cool RPG that had me hooked in the latter half of the season but... it kinda left me a bit rusty and inconsistent. Bummer. But then my trainer changed all the passwords to my gacha game accounts and my GPU kicked the bucket before the final round at Tsukuba... so I guess that's a sign that I need to take it seriously huh?"
A few whispers point to Ducati Luna Corse being a force to reckon with next season however, with Yuzuki Sora on her Panigale V4R during a testing session at Sepang proved to be a promising combination of top speed and handling power... it could become another thorn in Kawasaki's side.
BMW Motorrad Team Shanghai Alice - "We're not crap anymore -- I promise!"
Yuuki Allister's move to BMW shocked the whole world after their falling out with Yamaha last season.
"[censored] bullcrap, that bag of rocks that Yamaha is, I think Lisa got a better bike than me. I know BMW got my back, more than ever! I'm sure I could wheelie across the whole circuit and do laps around them with this insane power we've got!" Stated Allister after testing.
Alice Shanghai stated that the engine reliability worries are unfounded, but immediately after the end of the first day of testing an unknown issue came up with the cooling system on the S 1000 RR. The team insisted that it was simply Allister riding so fast that the bike couldn't handle such speeds.
