Team Manager: Nico Costa (Niku Driver HC)
Team Summary: A recently created team, FUBNRO is the brainchild of Portuguese driver Nico Costa. Costa, a fairly unexperienced driver, first found his racing calling after a NASCAR test with American brand Pontiac, prior to the company's bankrupcy at the hands of General Motors. Soon Nico found himself enthrailed by the vast world of racing, and now acts a driver in several world racing championships, ranging from SuperGT to GT3 racing.
After nearly a year and half of racing, Nico and his personal sponsor, Japanese media mogul Bandai-Namco, have joined together to revive Nico's old racing enterprise, Fired Up Racing,a former Le Mans winner with the aid of private Audi R10 cars. For now, FUBRNO is testing the waters, searching for new grounds to race in, but without a shadow of a doubt, they are eager to make their mark as a Japanese-Portuguese combined effort...

Summary:
A descendant of the great rally and sports car racing legend, Marie Nogaro, Elodie is an industrious young prospect. Having led a fledgling team to back-to-back championships in both the driver and constructor standings in last year's International GP Series by Scarlet league, it seems like "stepping down" to GT racing should be the last move she should be making. Pursuing a career in Grand Prix racing, while very popular and very prestigious among the elite racing drivers of the world, left Elodie very lonely at the end of the day. The so-called "Grand Prize" was no longer enough for her; after being unceremoniously dumped by Third Eye Motorsports last season despite the titles, she was left without a ride.
Even as a descendant of a family of great racers, Elodie was the only child born from her parents. To her, a close friend is very much like a sister or brother she could not have. She became a racer not because she wanted to recreate Marie's exploits, but because she wanted to make more friends and rally them around a common cause. Prior to her dominating successes in the 2014 IGPS season, Elodie would be in a yearly cycle where she'd win numerous races, yet fall short of the championship title... and then get thrown out of the team she drove for shortly afterwards. It seemed like signing on for Third Eye Motorsports in 2014 would have been the best move at the time, but even after winning two driver's titles for them, she greatly regrets ever going forward with their offer.
As a result of being seemingly friendless in the world of Grand Prix racing, Elodie made a conscious decision to switch to sports cars. The cut throat nature of GP racing meant it was very easy for teams to blame her for any falls they didn't want to take. After a stream of bad luck with teams far too perfectionist for their own good, Elodie really just wants to race for a team that she can love... and one that will also reciprocate that same love back.
Kayin Mcintyre (SCA) @kayinsgate
Nationality: Scotland
Birthday and Age: September 29, 23 years old

Tenacity: {7} - Balanced
Base Hiring Cost: 310,000 CR

% of Earnings Taken Per Race: 20%
Specialties: Grand Prix
Earnings:
EVENT & SEASON - PLACING - CR EARNED
Earnings for Season X = X CR
Lifetime Earnings = X CR
Summary: No one really knows how did Kayin Mcintyre found the racetrack, but many claim that Nico Costa was a big culprit in instilling that racing spirit into the Scottish youngster. Born in Japan, Kayin is the result of a marriage that bonded his father Ryutaro and mother Annie, the latter offering Kayin his surname. At 14 years old, Kayin was taken for a spin (quite literally), when his father suddendly announced that he and his wife were leaving Japan to live in Scotland. Ryutaro, a former mechanic, wanted peace and quiet and Japan offered neither for him, in the bustling Fukuoka area. Once Kayin touched Scottish ground, he quickly fell in love with the spunky and valiant Scotland spirit, and soon got used to a whole new environment.
Where does FUBNRO come in, you ask? Well, rumors are vast, but many believe that Kayin impressed team managed Nico Costa during a F3 test session in the Scottish track of Knockhill; despite never entering a racing car cockpit before, Scotland's own local boy defeated several other European drivers clinching a top 10 finish in the process. While his overall speed was just above mediocrity, Costa was rumored to have said "If this were to be Ireland, I'd say I found my pot of gold" after seeing Kayin's consistent lap times. Speed isn't his game, but Kayin Mcintyre does not lack spirit or discipline to make up for that deficit...
Roleplaying Notes:
- He is far from being arrogant on the racetrack, but his looks do attract a lot of women backstage, so he can get somewhat distracted by his adoring fans, who love his accent and demeanor;
- While he is of mixed blood, Kayin hates accusations which insult either of his countries (or even both); be sure to not touch sensitive subjects regarding Japan or Scotland;

Earnings:
EVENT & SEASON - PLACING - CR EARNED
Earnings for Season 1 = 0 CR
Lifetime Earnings = 0 CR
Summary:
A seemingly endless stream of energy, optimism, and happiness, Takashi Kogasa is an upcoming prospect who already has a relatively large following of fans, most of them barely old enough to race a kart. Despite never winning a single championship so far in his career, his infectious personality and joy for racing was enough to catch the attention a Japan Formula C team in 2011.
That same year, Takashi's mother brought her daughter Kaori into the world, making Takashi a big brother. Unfortunately, a genetic infection effected Kaori's spine, which prevented her from walking while she grew up. This did not deter either Takashi or Kaori's morale over the years; instead, it would strengthen them with unshakable determination.
When news of Kaori's condition and the story of her resolve hit the racing scene, Takashi became hugely popular with the younger racing fans in his prefecture. Takashi used some of his racing money to have a local plushie shop commission cutesy chibis of him, so that every one of his fans could have a piece of him to take home from the racing events.
Though his sister is living a full life with her family and friends, Takashi has made it his objective to never stop racing until his sister's condition is completely cured. While there are many things Takashi is happy with in his life, his sister included, Kaori is as much his pride and joy as she is to their parents, and Takashi just wants to be the best big brother she could have.
Roleplaying Notes:
- Takashi is the type of person who keeps his spirits up even if he's not doing well.
- Takashi is NOT fond of saying "Good-bye" or variants there of; when signing off or leaving to elsewhere, Takashi prefers phrases such as "See you!" or "Hope to see you again!"
- Takashi's speech and mannerisms are relatively child-like, but he is far from gullible. Though he keeps any malicious intent to himself, he can easily tell if he's being deceived.
- Despite his profession, Takashi is a massive softie. Dark, edgy humor easily runs afoul of him, and he absolutely hates jokes made exclusively at others' expense, especially if it involves the handicapped.
- At a tiny, tiny height of 4' 10", and with a rather petit form, it is very very easy to mistake Kogasa for a child... of either gender.
Rua Akizuki (IRA)
Birthday and Age: June 23rd, 29 YEARS OLD
Stats:
Skill: 20 / 30
Consistency: 10 / 15
Preservation: 4 / 15
Tenacity: 11 / 15
Initial Hiring Cost: -- CR
Experience Level: Level 41; Silver Driver Classification
% of Earnings Taken Per Race: --%
Specialties: Asia-Pacific Leagues
Summary:
A budding future businesswoman at heart, Rua Akizuki was born in Ireland but raised in Japan from an early age. Even as a child, she was always determined to keep herself occupied with tasks, however small they may be. This eventually landed her a spot at 765 Production as an upstart intern, where she rapidly rocketed up the ranks. A few years ago, after 765 Pro had a shortage in idol talents, Rua volunteered herself - and practically self-trained to learn how to sing and operate the numerous audio production equipment. While clearly not as skilled as the dedicated audio engineers and idols, she proved her talents could spread far and wide.
She was the first to hear about the "idol racer" trend that has been a major influence in Japan as of late. After looking at the successes of drivers like Yukie Koizumi at the regional levels, Rua believes with the right team, 765 Pro will once again be the pace-setter in the idol industry. The only thing stopping her is the fact that she seems to think she's invincible... that and her only real experience is some Time Attack at the club level.
RP Notes:
- Strict, hard working and disciplined. Keep her away from the Engineers or else she may butt a few heads.
- She admits that she's not cut out for professional competition, having started her racing career very late, but she insists on trying to beat the pros anyways.
- Even away from the company and the track, she's rarely without a thought about how to improve the team or the company she works for.
