I believe I can finally say that the qualifying demon that haunted me is gone. Kazuya did one hell of a job in his stint to set me up for the second half. Needed maybe one more lap to try for 2nd place, but honestly just being on the podium was enough for me to be more than satisfied.

The entire first half of that race was stressful to manage. A sound strategy does pay off though, I could have probably taken a nap in the second half... although I think we do need to sit down with the other Nissan teams in JSA GT Am and find out what they are having problems with. It has not been a good showing for them (and even us, until this round...)

I honestly thought the same when I first joined the team, and was questioning why @seven_michi still was holding on to this ancient beast, but... you have to drive it to understand it. I can't explain it. Also... did anyone else see the replay of the @kawashiro_youkaitech BR-Z flipping multiple times? Don't think I've ever seen a car continue going after something like that happened.

I did some soul searching and I realized that not only I need to get better as a driver, but also I need to improve as a human being. The fact I maybe come from a different age is not a good excuse: my attitude was absolutely deplorable. For this reason, my utmost priority was to first of all reach out to apologize personally to those people that I have offended with my behaviour as well as have a proper chat with my teammates. In this regards, I'd like to thank @riri_chan for replying to me.
The bottom line is: I am sincerely sorry for the mess I have caused, and for what it's worth, it will never happen again. (3)

I had already enough people that worked to clean up this absolute pigstye I have caused and I think it is my turn to give something back now.

According to a simulation of the New York 500 Miles that I ran a hundred thousand times, you failed to finish in approximately 99.7% of the races. I have a detailed, er, breakdown of the results, sorted by frequency and cause:
69.1% - car on top of wall or tire bundle
11.9% - collision with a lower class car
9.6% - mechanical fault
9.0% - collision with the other PWRband car (clumsy)
0.1% - you pulled into the pits screaming and cryingmaikoheart

While making someone aware of her mistakes is perfectly reasonable, I will not tolerate slandering my friends with no reason just to join a trend. Bobster entrusted me to act as Team manager for these next two races as the stress got to him - he stayed up 5 days apologizing to sponsors and monitoring social media and we have received death threats both because we are benching Bex and at the same time because we didn't "toss her back in the sewer where she comes from". This is a word of warning: don't mess with my friends like this. ANY of my friends. In Oklahoma, where I do come from, we don't forgive this kind of things.

She absolutely refuses to participate in any form of development of the car and she is not able to take any chances on the track.
Is childish and not reflect her age.

@alpharacer996 Not sure where you got that from, but no such thing went down. We talked it out like civil adults, determined it was an unfortunate racing incident and moved on. Absolutely no hard feelings between both of the teams.

Well I'd be lying if I said I wasn't crushed by our late race incident, but no use in dwelling on the situation. It was a good showing throughout practice and qualifying... but it was all for naught in the race. We are still trying to work out what went wrong.

What's weird about the result is that the car felt great, was very responsive out of corners. The only real problem area was the lack of top speed, it was hard to set up passes for the inner loop or heading into turn one.

@insert_name I'll be honest; there was probably a combination of both, and it entirely related to our issues with the hybrid system that was added after the race at Long Beach. I obviously don't want to blame it all on that, but said system gave us fits throughout the entire race weekend.

@insert_name Yeah it's a spec component. Not per manufacturer, it's from a supplier who I won't name for obvious reasons. We do have to speak with @acerola_speedworks about theirs and see if they had any issues with theirs; based on their result... I highly doubt it.
